The legal question first, the workflow second

Signing software is only useful if the signature holds up. Autenti works within the EU eIDAS framework and supports both ordinary electronic signatures and qualified ones, which is the distinction that decides whether a document survives a dispute. For most commercial contracts an ordinary signature with a solid audit trail is enough; for the cases where Polish law requires a qualified signature, it has to be available in the same flow.

Around that sits the ordinary work: send a document, route it to several signers in order, watch the status, store the signed original with its evidence. The audit trail is the product as much as the signature is.

  • eIDAS signatures

Ordinary and qualified electronic signatures, chosen per document rather than per account.

  • Signing order

Several signers, in sequence or in parallel, with reminders that chase them, not you.

  • Audit trail

A verifiable record of who signed what, when and by which method, stored with the file.

  • Identity confirmation

Signer identity confirmed to the level the document requires before the signature applies.

  • Templates

Reusable document templates with fixed signature fields for repeated contract types.

  • API and integrations

A documented API for sending documents straight from a CRM or an internal system.

Frequently asked questions

Is an ordinary electronic signature legally binding in Poland?

Under eIDAS an electronic signature cannot be denied legal effect purely for being electronic. Some documents — employment and certain corporate acts among them — require a qualified signature or a written form, so the document type decides, not the tool.

Does the other side need an account?

No. A signer receives a link and signs without creating an account, which is usually the deciding factor when the counterparty is a customer rather than a colleague.

Where are the signed documents stored?

With an EU-based provider and EU data residency, which is the practical reason Polish and EU companies shortlist it against the large US signing platforms.

How it compares

The comparison that matters here is not feature count but jurisdiction: an EU provider with EU data residency and qualified signatures under eIDAS, against a global platform with a larger integration catalogue.
