For software providers

Claim the page buyers read before they buy

SoftSelect lists business software for the English and Polish markets. Claiming your listing costs nothing: correct the facts, answer your reviews, and see who is evaluating you.

  • Free to claim, free to reply
  • Rankings are never for sale
  • Hosted in the EU, GDPR by default

What owning your listing gets you

  • Facts that stay accurate

Pricing, integrations, data residency, certifications, deployment model. You edit the structured fields buyers filter on, so you stop losing shortlist places to a price you changed a year ago.

  • See who is evaluating you

Profile views, how often you turn up in comparisons, and clicks through to your own site — week by week, and alongside the competitors buyers weigh you against.

  • Answer reviews in public

One reply per review, shown directly underneath it and signed with your company name. A straight answer to a hard review convinces a buyer more than a wall of five stars.

  • A profile, not a brochure

Onboarding asks the exact questions your category is compared on. Answer them once and your product shows up correctly in every filter, comparison and category ranking.

The numbers behind the page

Every listing collects the same measurements, claimed or not. Claiming it is what lets you read them — and what tells you which competitor keeps appearing next to you.

Why a review here is worth having

Anyone can collect five stars. Ours cost the reviewer something: a confirmed work email, a LinkedIn sign-in we check ourselves rather than a pasted profile URL, and a job title that matches what that profile says. Every review displays the level it actually reached, so nothing is oversold — which is exactly why a 4.6 here carries further than a 4.9 somewhere else.

The verification ladder

  1. Work email confirmed
  2. Signed in with LinkedIn, not a pasted link
  3. Job title matched against the profile

Our position

Rankings are never for sale

You cannot buy a position: not the top of a category, not a better score, not a kinder verdict in a comparison. Rankings come from a Bayesian average over verified reviews plus the structured data in your profile — the same formula for every product, written down in our review integrity policy.

What you will be able to buy, later, is visibility that says so out loud. Sponsored placements and sponsored articles carry a visible label and sponsored-tagged links. Nothing that looks editorial is ever paid for, and no sales conversation has ever moved a product up a list.

Read the review integrity policy

Claiming takes about ten minutes

  1. Create an account

Work email, Google or LinkedIn. No card, and no call with a salesperson.

  2. Claim your product

We match your email domain against the product website, then an editor approves the claim.

  3. Answer your category's questions

Fill in the structured questions for your category, add screenshots and pricing, and the page is yours to keep current.

Questions vendors actually ask

  • What does it cost?

Claiming, editing and replying to reviews are free, and will stay free. Paid plans arrive later and add things like longer analytics history and clearly labelled placements. They never add rank.

  • Can we get a bad review taken down?

Not for being bad. We remove reviews that break the policy — no evidence of real use, personal attacks, a competitor writing about you — and you can flag any review for a second look. Everything else you answer in public, which readers find far more convincing anyway.

  • Who can see our analytics?

Only your own team. The figures are aggregates: we never show you individual visitors, and we never connect a reviewer to a session.

  • We are a Polish vendor. Does that change anything?

In your favour. Polish coverage on the big international directories is thin, and our Polish catalogue is a real catalogue — Polish reviews, Polish categories, Polish comparison copy — not an English site run through a translator.

  • Our product is not listed yet.

Then add it. Anyone with an account can submit software, we moderate every submission before it publishes, and you can claim the listing once it is live.
